INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
- 50 g onions sliced crosswise
- 150 grams of beef tenderloin beef, slices of julienne
- 200 grams of tofu, cut into 1x1x2 cm
- 4 pieces mushrooms hioko scalded until fluffy
- 75 gr sweet corn
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 2 leeks, sliced crosswise
HOW TO MAKE sauteed tofu MUSHROOM:
- Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until wilted.
- Insert the meat slices, stir until it changes color.

- Enter the soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste, and cook until the meat cooked.
