INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
  • 50 g onions sliced ​​crosswise
  • 150 grams of beef tenderloin beef, slices of julienne
  • 200 grams of tofu, cut into 1x1x2 cm
  • 4 pieces mushrooms hioko scalded until fluffy
  • 75 gr sweet corn
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 2 leeks, sliced ​​crosswise

HOW TO MAKE sauteed tofu MUSHROOM:


  1. Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until wilted.
  2. Insert the meat slices, stir until it changes color.
  3. Add the tofu, mushrooms and sweet corn mix well.
  4. Enter the soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste, and cook until the meat cooked.
  5. Add the leek, stirring until wilted, remove from heat.
  6. Serve warm.
