Crab is a food that is very popular, because it contains high protein. Do not blame if entering crab on the menu of our cuisine.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 red onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 10 large red chilies, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried shrimp roasted, mashed
- 2 tablespoons black pepper, crushed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp taoco
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 kg of crabs, boiled, each split into 2 parts
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
HOW TO COOK
- Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium heat, saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Enter chili, sugar, dried shrimp, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, taoco and salt, mix well.
- Enter the crab and water, stir and cook until boiling.
- Stirring until sauce thickens and flavors mingle, lift.
- Move the container into a serving dish, sprinkle with green onion slices and serve while hot.
